DAMAGED OR DEFECTED ITEMS

All products are unique and one of a kind, they are not mass produced in a factory. Kamea by Jenajwa is operated by one sole owner from designing, cutting, sewing, shipping and office work. There are a ton of dedicated long hours that go into every hand crafted product. We do our best to make sure our products are the best quality.  However no one is perfect and there could be some items that are overlooked.  If you receive an item that is defected in any way please email kameabyjenajwa@gmail.com within 2 business days of receiving your order and we will resolve the issue right away.
